SPIDI is a Venezuelan payments-infrastructure startup operating what it describes as the first payment orchestrator in the country: one API-driven integration through which businesses collect payments via instant debit, Pago Movil and cryptocurrency, while payers use their existing bank apps with no extra registration. Merchants receive bolivars even when a transaction originates in crypto, with bolivar flows processed through Banco Sofitasa and crypto operations channeled through the Crixto exchange. Started in 2021 by three founders and commercially launched in January 2026, the Caracas-based company (SPIDI-VEN, S.A.) serves more than 200 businesses through its SPIDI Button, SPIDI Request and SPIDI Center products.
