Solstice Oncology is a Boston-based, clinical-stage immuno-oncology company founded in February 2026 to treat cancer earlier, in the neoadjuvant setting before surgery, when the immune system is most intact. Its lead program advances porustobart, a second-generation Fc-enhanced CTLA-4 antibody licensed from Harbour BioMed for markets outside Greater China, in combination with anti-PD-1 therapy across two Phase 2 indications, beginning with MSS stage II-III colon cancer. Solstice is led by CEO Caroline Loew, previously CEO of Mural Oncology and head of R&D strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb, and is backed by RA Capital, Canaan Partners and Forbion.
