Its platform gives vertical software platforms, managing general agents (MGAs), insurance distributors and capital providers the technology, capacity and workflows to launch and operate small, high-frequency embedded insurance products such as travel, amateur sports and gig-economy coverage, replacing spreadsheets and disconnected legacy systems with one auditable, API-connected system. Founded by former Palomar Holdings Chief Actuarial Officer Ethan Genteman together with Rally Ventures, it emerged from stealth in October 2026 with an oversubscribed $27 million seed round.
