Skylance is a German defence-technology startup from Hürth near Cologne that develops cost-efficient counter-drone systems. Its core product, DroneHammer, is a roughly 700-gram laser-guided interceptor that reaches speeds over 600 km/h and destroys small drones at a unit price below EUR 3,000, targeting economical defence against large numbers of low-cost attack drones. Founded in 2025, the company is testing and further developing the technology jointly with the German Bundeswehr.
