Founded in 2026 and headquartered in New York, it was created by Michael Ragheb, Hassan Yasin and Olexandr Kaltsev, who previously scaled Ernest, a tech-enabled commercial general contractor, to $35 million in annual revenue. Since launching in June 2026, its platform has managed more than $1 billion in project value for general contractors and multi-location brands in more than 15 US states.
