Its pan-India network spans more than 75 distributors, 2,000 wholesalers and 50,000 retail outlets, complemented by 12 ReFit Xpress stores, its own webshop and marketplace channels such as Flipkart and Amazon. The company reports a 92% refurbishment yield with chip-level (L4) repair capability and positions its technology-led diagnostics, grading and inventory processes as a way to formalise India's largely unorganised refurbished-electronics market.
