Founded by brothers Austin and Harrison Steed, who first built the product for their family farm in Southern California, the Y Combinator-backed company serves large berry, citrus, and apple growers across the United States, Latin America, and Australia. In October 2026 growth-oriented private equity firm Terminus Capital Partners acquired a majority stake to back its push to become the core operating system for specialty agriculture.
