Phase0 is a Berlin-based developer of cloud-based AVA, HOAI and construction-site-management (Bauleitung) software for small and mid-sized architecture and engineering offices. Founded in 2020 by Matthäus Kerres and formerly branded Compa, its browser-based platform bundles cost estimation, bills of quantities, tendering, fee accounting and time tracking, plus a WhatsApp-driven AI construction diary, covering service phases 1-9. More than 1,000 offices across the DACH region use the platform, adding 50-100 new customers per month.
