Pekata is a Barcelona-based corporate gifting platform where the employer sets a budget per person and each employee assembles their own gift from more than 1,200 products and thousands of experiences. Founded in 2025 by Roger Rafel, Esteban Humet and Sergio Blasco after acquiring the Christmas hamper business of office-fruit company Refruiting, it served over 200 corporate clients and 35,000 employees in its first Christmas season. Beyond Christmas hampers it offers welcome packs, client gifts, corporate merchandising and employee recognition programs year-round.
