Orcauboat (ORCAUBOAT) is a Xi'an-based marine embodied-intelligence company that builds autonomous vessel technology under an "AI for Boats" strategy. Its self-developed ORCA-APAS pilot assistance system and "one brain, many bodies" architecture bring L2-L4 autonomy to workboats, yachts and merchant vessels, alongside a product line of unmanned surface vehicles for water cleaning, inspection and rescue. Founded in 2017 by a Tsinghua University and Northwestern Polytechnical University engineering team, it has deployed more than 1,000 unmanned vessels across 13 countries and is backed by investors including Turing Ventures, XbotPark, Brizan Ventures and the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund.
