OmniBuds is developing an in-ear biosensing platform that turns a wireless earbud into a continuous cardiovascular monitor, combining PPG, acoustic, motion and temperature sensing with premium audio and on-device AI to track blood pressure, heart rhythm and related physiological patterns. The technology grew out of more than eight years of earable-computing research at Nokia Bell Labs in Cambridge and is underpinned by a patent portfolio. Operating from Cambridge, UK and Nashville, Tennessee, the company is pre-FDA-clearance and was selected for the MedTech Innovator 2026 accelerator.
