Nutshell Therapeutics, also known as Yudao Bio, is a Shanghai-based AI-native biotech that tackles hard-to-drug protein targets by modulating protein conformations with combined AI and physics-based computation. Its AlloStar platform, backed by the AlloMatrix allosteric database, supports generative small-molecule design across a pipeline of nearly 20 internal programs spanning oncology, central nervous system, autoimmune and metabolic diseases. Lead candidate Dalretapopt, a p53 Y220C reactivator, is in international Phase I trials and preparing to enter Phase II.
