Myris Therapeutics is a privately held Pittsburgh, PA biotechnology company developing ultra-high DAR antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for oncology. Formerly BioHybrid Solutions, it applies next-generation polymer chemistry to attach 50-300 drug payloads per antibody, roughly 10-100x more than current ADC standards, enabling clinically validated payloads previously unsuitable for ADCs.
