Mundo AI is a Vancouver-based startup (YC Winter 2025) building the world's largest and highest-quality multilingual training data library for AI models, addressing the shortage of non-English training data that leaves large language models weak outside English. The team partners directly with native speakers in-country to collect, generate, and quality-assure novel datasets through a proprietary data-operations platform. Founded in 2024 by Jason Liao, Naijide Anwaer, Garreth Lee, and Kenneth Wu, whose backgrounds span quant research, Hugging Face, and Cohere.
