Morphotonics

Morphotonics develops large-area nanoimprint lithography platforms built on its proprietary Roll-to-Plate technology, which replicates micro- and nanostructures onto glass, polymers and other substrates far larger than a wafer. Its Cypris systems target high-volume production of optical components such as augmented-reality waveguides for AI glasses, with additional uses in displays, sensors and photonic components including co-packaged optics for data centers. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Veldhoven in the Netherlands Brainport region, the company works with device and component manufacturers across Europe, the United States and Asia, selling both equipment and process know-how through licensing and a lab-to-fab partner network.
