Mivium is a Fremont, California-based advanced materials company founded in 2022 that develops high-purity wide-bandgap semiconductor materials, starting with phase-pure submicron gallium nitride (GaN) powder and moving toward GaN and aluminum gallium nitride (AlGaN) substrates. Its patented production process is designed to make GaN scalable and cost-effective without the toxic byproducts of conventional manufacturing, targeting power electronics, AI data centers, electric vehicles, aerospace and telecommunications.
