Minimac Systems is a Pune-based industrial deep-tech company, founded in 2012 by Anshuman Agrawal, that manages the full lubricant lifecycle: condition monitoring and contamination control inside machines, on-site restoration of used oil, and handoff of unrestoreable lubricant to registered re-refiners for re-refined base oil. Its miniaturised fluid-treatment systems, deployed under a mobile Recycling on Wheels model, process roughly 10 to 4,000 litres per minute directly at industrial sites; the company says more than 2,500 systems are installed with a combined capacity of over 300,000 litres per minute, serving customers such as NTPC, Adani Power, JSW Steel and Tata Steel. It is developing a Lubricants as a Service offering with contracts linked to outcomes such as equipment uptime and fluid health.
