Meadow AI is a Seattle startup whose multimodal AI platform gives restaurant and retail chains real-time visibility into physical operations, automating the manual secret-shopper audit. It combines computer vision on video, natural-language processing on audio and feeds from point-of-sale, labor and inventory systems to score customer experience and staff performance, with an AI agent recommending actions to lift revenue, consistency and labor efficiency. Founded in 2024 by four ex-Modus entrepreneurs, it emerged from stealth in November 2025 with more than $2.5M in contracted annual recurring revenue and customers spanning restaurant chains, beauty-supply stores and arcade-plus-food concepts.
