Marble Cognition (Marble) is a Munich-based AI startup founded in late 2025 that turns undocumented business processes into deployable automation. Its desktop application observes how employees work across business tools — capturing screen activity, clicks and keystrokes with personal data redacted and analysed only in aggregate — and converts these observations into structured process maps. From these it deploys Marble Coworkers, AI agents that run repetitive workflows end to end in the tools a company already uses, keeping humans in the loop where judgement or approval is required. Customers include EGYM, Mutares and Enam.
