Limetax is a Berlin-based tax and accounting group that brings established German tax advisory firms under one umbrella and embeds its proprietary agentic AI platform into their daily operations. Founded in January 2026 by Christoph Gamon, Maximilian Meyer and Christoph Dansard, the company builds on DATEV, the software backbone of the German tax profession, coordinating AI agents across bookkeeping, payroll and financial statements while a human review layer keeps professional responsibility with the partner firms own advisers. Eight months after launch it spans four firms across seven locations, employs around 150 people and reports annualised revenue in the double-digit millions.
