Joy (Gifting Technologies GmbH) is a Berlin-based gifting startup founded in 2023 by Titus Hüsken and Franz Koller. Its ZuGutSchein is a universal gift voucher redeemable for products from nearly any German online shop: the recipient picks a desired item and the AI-driven ordering infrastructure buys it at the merchant and ships it directly. More than 70,000 vouchers have been sold via the company website and retail chains such as MediaMarkt, Saturn, Müller, Thalia, Edeka and Deutsche Post, and the founders target EUR 5 million revenue for 2026; investors include Janna Ensthaler, IBB Ventures, Angel Invest, Swiss Founders Fund and, since October 2026, Lena Gercke, who also fronts the brand nationwide TV campaign.
