Jooba is a Los Angeles-based AI-native recruiting firm that runs the hiring top-of-funnel as a managed service. For each open role it trains a custom AI sourcing agent that searches large candidate pools, while human talent engineers review and approve the pipeline before personalized outreach is sent under the client's own brand, with interested candidates delivered directly into Slack. Instead of traditional placement fees it sells a flat monthly subscription per role, and past customers include Cal.com, Ramp, Invoca, Delphi and Gridwise. The company was founded in 2025 by CEO Mark Benliyan.
