Instarc is a Tallinn-based regtech company building a cloud-native compliance platform for regulated financial institutions and other accountable institutions, initially focused on South Africa's Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) regime. The platform handles digital customer onboarding, identity and ownership verification, customer due diligence, document management, case workflows, regulatory reporting and audit records, with APIs for integrating these functions into institutions' existing systems. It is designed to embed compliance into an organisation's existing operating model, letting institutions configure customer journeys and workflows as regulatory requirements change.
