Innercrowd is a Dutch fan-marketing platform for festivals and live events, founded in 2024 by Benjamin Havenaar and Job Vink and based in The Hague. Fans who sign up for presales get a WhatsApp shop where they buy tickets directly, with AI agents handling one-to-one conversations, while ambassador tools let fans share content and sell tickets to friends; the company says these campaigns convert on average 50% better than traditional email presales. It works with more than 100 festival organisers, including Verknipt, Soenda Festival and REBiRTH, across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Bulgaria and Poland, and says its community has generated EUR 12.7 million in ticket revenue for organisers.
