Infinigence AI is a Shanghai-based AI infrastructure company founded in May 2023 out of the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, with founding roots spanning Tsinghua and Shanghai Jiao Tong University research groups. It runs an asset-light new-cloud model that aggregates and schedules heterogeneous AI compute across third-party data centers, pairing an Agentic Infra platform that orchestrates roughly 37,000P of compute across 16 chip types with an Agentic MaaS model-serving platform (a "Token factory") and industry solutions for AI-native software, manufacturing, AIGC and smart hardware customers. Its customers and partners reportedly include Moonshot AI, Zhipu AI, Lenovo and Li Auto, and Bloomberg reported in October 2026 that the company had confidentially filed for a Hong Kong IPO at a reported pre-IPO valuation of about RMB 14.3 billion.
