Indrus

Indrus is a Perth-based logistics technology startup founded in April 2025 by Ryan Liebregts and Dre Siwela, who met while studying mechatronics engineering at Curtin University. Its computer-vision platform turns a site's existing security cameras into a live view of freight yards, distribution and 3PL depots and port vehicle terminals, tracking trailers, trucks, vehicles and pallets in real time without tags, beacons or new hardware. The system is deployed with large logistics businesses in the United States, is being piloted with a major Australian port, and is designed to speed up arrivals, dock scheduling and yard moves.
