HomeExchange is the world's largest home swapping platform, connecting members in 155 countries through a trust-based, non-monetary exchange model in which each member lends their home and stays in another member's home in return, using either direct reciprocity or a GuestPoints system. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Paris, the company lists more than 600,000 homes, enabled 2.3 million travelers and over 11.8 million overnight stays in the past year, and also operates HomeExchange Collection, a curated tier of exceptional homes launched in 2021. Acquired in 2017 by GuestToGuest co-founders Emmanuel Arnaud and Charles-Edouard Girard and a certified B Corp since 2022, it employs more than 150 people across France, Croatia, Spain, and the United States.
