Homa is an AI-powered homebuying platform and licensed brokerage that guides buyers through search, analysis, touring, offers, financing and closing in one place, then credits most of the buyer-side commission back at closing (up to 2% of the purchase price). Its AI is trained on state-specific real estate law and property data, while licensed in-house brokers prepare and negotiate each offer. Founded by former Zillow senior director Arman Javaherian and AI computer scientist Federico Campeotto, the company operates in California, Florida and Texas and completed the first end-to-end AI-assisted home sales in the US.
