Founded in 2018 out of Stanford and legally organized as Safi Analytics PBC (formerly SafiGen), the San Francisco company began as an energy-tracking system for emerging-market factories and now serves hundreds of manufacturers, including Kimberly-Clark, General Motors and Coca-Cola FEMSA, with its Scout AI tool adding predictive maintenance.
