Founded in 2023 by Ricky Sahu (CEO) and Ethan Siegel (CPO) out of health-data interoperability startup 1upHealth, the company runs its agents on a proprietary Large Medical Model trained on the coded claims and clinical histories of more than 140 million patients. Headquartered in Boston, it serves medical groups, durable medical equipment suppliers and health plans, with US-based billers and customer staff handling exceptions.
