It runs a marketplace connecting SMEs with institutional and retail private-credit investors alongside an infrastructure vertical that provides a regulated gateway for financing Saudi SMEs, offering term loans and invoice and supplier finance through Shariah-compliant structures. Founded in 2020 by Martin Jaouni, the platform serves a community of more than 10,000 investors and targets USD 1 billion in SME financing facilitated over the next three years.
