Flamingo builds OpenFrame, an open, AI-native IT and security infrastructure platform for managed service providers (MSPs), bundling an open-source tooling stack that will span 19 product categories (RMM, PSA, SIEM, MDM, patching, remote access and more) with embedded AI agents Fae and Mingo that automate ticketing, diagnostics and fleet-wide remediation behind human-in-the-loop approval gates. Founded in early 2025 by Vicarius founder Michael Assraf, the Miami Beach-based company runs a remote team of about 35 people across 12 countries and prices per device with consumption-based AI tokens, working toward fully autonomous MSP operations.
