FLÆ Robotics is a Czech startup building BE-A, an AI hospitality agent that handles guest communication, reservations and front-office tasks for hotels 24/7 across email, WhatsApp, web chat and phone, speaking 100+ languages. Through integrations with hotel property-management systems such as Mews, Oracle OPERA Cloud, Previo and HotelTime, it acts on requests rather than just answering them. Founded by hotelier Filip Linek, the company serves more than 60 hotels across Czechia, the UK and Germany, with a roadmap that extends to avatar, holobox and humanoid interfaces.
