Its EveGuard control plane gives security teams real-time visibility into agent activity, interrogates high-risk or anomalous behavior, applies session tainting, and enforces deterministic policies before agents take consequential actions across systems such as Databricks, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon AgentCore and Glean. Co-founded by CEO Nadav Cornberg, the company began go-to-market efforts in January 2026 and has raised $7.5 million in total seed funding led by Run Ventures.
