Evatto is a Sydney-based startup building an AI-native enterprise platform for governing and delivering complex event programs. The system replaces the spreadsheets, email threads and recycled templates common in event operations, structuring event scoping, stakeholder alignment, approval workflows, documentation and operational readiness while AI agents automate much of the administrative load. Founded in 2025 by veteran event producers Hailey Mason and Chris Toward and formerly branded Wiingman, it works with organisations such as the Invictus Games and Canada Snowboard and completed Startmate's Summer 26 accelerator.
