EnforceShield is a Vilnius-based legaltech startup founded in 2024 by practising IP attorney Rytis Rudzinskas. Its autonomous SaaS platform runs the full IP enforcement loop - cross-platform detection, legal validation, takedown execution, monitoring and attorney-led escalation - across marketplaces, social media, search, ads and the open web, with human review reserved for complex or low-confidence cases. The company serves more than 20 enterprise e-commerce customers, removes over 33,500 IP violations per month, and also operates through a US subsidiary in Tennessee.
