Dubsof is a Dublin-based startup founded in August 2025 by Aidan McNeill, George O'Leary and Bastien Saidi that turns a company's scattered records into one live system of record and builds and runs bespoke software on top of it. Aimed at owner-led businesses, the platform brings jobs, customers, orders, suppliers and invoices together in one place so AI tools can act on day-to-day operations. It employs about 25 people from Merrion Square and has tested the platform in beta and with live customers.
