Doroth is a Brazilian deeptech founded in 2019 and based in Piracicaba, São Paulo, building lab-on-a-chip platforms that miniaturize laboratory workflows — sample preparation, genetic-material extraction, amplification and result reading — onto a single automated microfluidic chip using LAMP-based molecular testing. Its platforms serve biological precision agriculture: detecting and quantifying pathogens, beneficial microorganisms and genetically modified organisms in samples such as leaves, seeds, grains, milk and meat, with point-of-care products like DotSolo for soil-microorganism monitoring, and the company reports ongoing projects with large agribusiness players. Backed by Loccus since September 2026, it is building the first microfluidic chip plant in Latin America.
