DoD Solution is an Estonian-Ukrainian defense-tech startup based in Lviv, founded in 2023 by Roman Hapachylo, Nazar Kravchuk, and Ivan Oleksii, whose team grew out of the volunteer Car for Ukraine armored-vehicle initiative before pivoting into FPV drone autonomy. The company builds the AURA autonomy platform, an embedded AI and onboard-computing stack that lets drones, interceptors, and robotic systems navigate and strike targets without GPS or a live operator link in GPS-denied, jammed environments. Its proprietary AURA single-board computers, priced to undercut Nvidia Jetson modules, are already in FPV field testing with Ukrainian military units, with fixed-wing and interceptor variants in development.
