Disputed

Disputed.ai is an AI-powered chargeback management and intelligence platform for enterprise merchants processing 1,000 to 100,000 chargebacks per month, deciding which disputes to fight, automating responses and recommending upstream product and policy changes that prevent chargebacks. Founded in 2023 by former merchants Shawn Kelley (CEO) and Andrew Hart (CTO), it targets high-dispute verticals such as live entertainment and ticketing. The company closed a $1.12M seed round in March 2025 and opened a follow-on equity offering in July 2026.
