Dispatch Network (Artem Network Private Limited) is a Pune-based last-mile delivery network that uses proprietary AI to maximise rider productivity. Its Large Logistics Spatio-Temporal Model (LLSTM) decides which order a rider should take next and where to wait, sequencing work across delivery platforms to cut empty kilometres. Operating in Pune since June 2026 and expanding to Mumbai, it delivers for platforms including Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Instamart and BigBasket through direct APIs and ONDC.
