Dialybrid is a clinical-stage medical device company based in Cantù, Italy, developing novel arteriovenous vascular grafts for hemodialysis and other vascular applications. Its lead product, the Silkothane Arteriovenous Graft, is built on a patented hybrid material that combines resorbable silk fibroin with durable polyurethane to give dialysis patients faster and longer-lasting vascular access. Founded in 2020 through a partnership between LIFTT, Bioengineering Laboratories and founder Francesco Greco, the company began first-in-human clinical testing in 2026.
