Dental Robotics is a South Korean medical-robotics startup developing an autonomous suction-assist robot for dental clinics. Its system fuses dental CBCT and intraoral scanner data with vision AI so a six-axis robotic arm can locate suction points and clear the operating field during treatment, freeing staff in clinics where assistants spend hours each day on suction duty. Founded by a practicing dentist and a computer-science engineer, the company builds the robot with robotics firm Koras, is validating safety and efficacy with the oral and maxillofacial surgery team at Korea University Anam Hospital, and is pursuing medical-device certification ahead of a planned 2028 launch.
