Deep Connection Innovation is a Gurugram-based healthtech startup building AI-native infrastructure for the early detection and management of developmental delays and disorders such as autism (ASD) and ADHD in children. Founded by returning NRI professionals Rishi Kant Upadhyay and Monika Sharma, it pairs a continuous digital AI screening platform with physical child development centres and runs FitQuest, a school-based wellness program deployable in schools, homes and community settings. Its stated mission is to shift India's developmental-detection window from around age 5 to as early as 1.5 years, when intervention during peak brain neuroplasticity is most effective.
