DatAIMed is a Turin-based health-tech startup founded in 2024 by Dario Taborelli within I3P, the incubator of the Politecnico di Torino. Its evidence-based AI platform lets physicians, researchers and other healthcare professionals query biomedical literature, clinical guidelines and EMA and AIFA drug databases as well as their own organisational protocols and procedures in natural language, with every answer citing verifiable sources, while documentation and coding automation tools are on the development roadmap. Used by more than 13,000 registered professionals including Italian health authorities, IRCCS research hospitals and clinics, the platform keeps all data and infrastructure inside the EU in line with GDPR and the AI Act and supports, without replacing, clinical decision-making.
