Cota Robotics is a Stockholm-based robotics startup that deploys AI-powered robots to automate repetitive retail-floor work such as shelf restocking, replenishment, and inbound handling, largely on overnight shifts. Rather than selling hardware, Cota operates a hardware-agnostic fleet under a Robotics-as-a-Service model, billing retail chains hourly for completed work instead of equipment. Founded in late 2025 by Aerit co-founders Teo Rizvanovic and Kildo Alias, the company already runs paid pilots with retail customers in Sweden and has expanded into Finland.
