Clients work with human advisors while AI agents handle background admin such as provider-network checks, care scheduling and enrollment, and the company says clients save about 20 percent on premiums on average. The founding team previously built clinical-agent startup Capernaum AI and includes alumni of Scale AI, Build Robotics and the Cold Start fund.
