茵诺医药 (Beijing Inno Medicine Co., Ltd.) is a Beijing-based biopharmaceutical company founded in 2016 by cardiologist Dr. Ma Qian (马茜), developing precision targeted medicines on its proprietary active-targeting nano/liposome drug-delivery platform. Its pipeline spans atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and CNS tumors such as glioma; the lead asset YN001, positioned as the first active-targeting drug worldwide able to reverse atherosclerotic plaques, is in an international multi-center Phase 2b registration trial (PURIFY-TIMI 81) run in collaboration with Harvard Medical School TIMI Study Group. The company is headquartered with its R&D center in Beijing and operates a GMP manufacturing base in Shanghai.
