Cofactor is a Stockholm-founded startup building an AI platform for retailer-supplier collaboration in the retail and CPG sector. The platform connects the ERP systems, spreadsheets and portals that retailers and suppliers already use, automating the commercial workflows between them — agreements, rebates, costs, product data and invoices. It was founded by retail and CPG industry veterans Andreas Willgert, Alexander Back and Robin Bartholdson, who previously built and exited a company together.
