CloudNC is a London-based manufacturing technology company founded in 2015 by Theo Saville and Chris Emery that applies AI to CNC precision machining. Its flagship product, CAM Assist, plugs into CAM packages such as Autodesk Fusion, Mastercam and Siemens NX to automatically generate machining strategies and toolpaths, and is used by more than 1,000 machine shops worldwide, with the US as its largest market. Alongside the software, the company runs its own precision-machining factory in Chelmsford producing components for aerospace, defence and automotive customers, and is launching Quote Agent, an AI quoting and estimating tool for machine shops.
